June 30, 2018 - Jeff Roth and Joe Godsey Visit Salina Highbanks Speedway for Freedom Classic
On Friday night Roth Motorsports visited Salina Highbanks Speedway (Pryor Creek, Oklahoma) for the two-day event sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA) and the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS). With 31 cars on hand for the ARMI Freedom Classic, Jeff Roth secured his spot into the opening night feature with a 2nd place finish in his heat. Joe Godsey followed up a 9th place finish in his heat with a 15th place outing in his B-Main. Starting in 8th, Roth slipped back to an 18th place outing in the 30-lap affair.

Returning on Saturday with only Jeff in action $5,000 top prize, Roth dropped two spots in his heat recording a 6th place finish. Needing a 6th place finish or better in his B-Main to make the finale, Jeff fell short with an 11th place finish forcing him to rely on a provisional into the show. Rolling off 22nd, Jeff Roth held his spot for all 40-laps to place 22nd

June 23, 2018 - Roth Motorsports Debuts in Hell Tour at Tri-City Speedway
With bad weather wiping out the Lucas Oil MLRA sanctioned weekend, Roth Motorsports made their debut in the DIRTcar Summer Nationals Hell Tour on Friday night at Tri-City Speedway (Granite City, Illinois). Drawing 35 Super Late Models for the sixth stop of the tour, Jeff Roth gained one spot in heat recording a 6th place finish while Joe Godsey dropped one spot to place 6th. Transferring into the B-Main for another shot at the $10,000-to-win A-Main, Jeff fell short of a transfer spot with a 12th place outing while Joey failed to make it out for the 12-lap consolation event.

June 9, 2018 - Godsey and Roth Compete With MARS Series at Tri-City and Fayette County
After Mother Nature postponed Thursday’s opener to Friday, both drivers of the Roth Motorsports team invaded Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) on Friday afternoon kicking off the 24th annual Dirt Late Model Dream. Drawing a stout field of 78 Super Late Models, Jeff Roth gained one spot in his heat race logging a 9th place finish. Joe Godsey came up three spots short of a transfer position into the $5,000-to-win preliminary feature with an 8th place finish in his heat. Needing to place in the Top 4 to make the A-Main, Godsey logged an 10th place finish while Roth came in 12th.

Later Friday evening for the $10,000-to-win final preliminary feature, Roth followed up an 8th place finish in his heat with a 13th place outing in his B-Main. Joe Godsey dropped one position in his 10-lap heat recording a 9th place finish. Sending the Top 4 out of the B-Main and into the A-Main, Joe fell short with a 11th place finish.

Wrapping up the 24th annual Dirt Late Model Dream on Saturday, Godsey came up two positions short of a transfer spot into the main event with a 5th place finish in his heat. Transferring into the B-Main for one last shot at the $100,000-to-win finale, Joe slipped back to an 11th place outing. Jeff Roth posted a 13th place finish in his heat before dropping back to a 21st place outing in his consolation event.

June 2, 2018 - Godsey and Roth Compete With MARS Series at Tri-City and Fayette County
Both Jeff Roth and Joe Godsey returned to action on Friday night at Tri-City Speedway (Granite City, Illinois) for the MARS Racing Series sanctioned opener. In a field of 27 cars, Godsey locked his spot into the opening night feature with the 5th and final transfer spot in his heat race. Roth posted a 7th place finish in his heat transferring him into the B-Main. Sending the Top 4 into the opening night feature, Jeff logged a 9th place outing ending his night early. On Saturday night at Fayette County Speedway (Brownstown, Illinois), Jeff secured his spot into the show with a 6th place finish in his heat while Godsey landed a 5th place finish. With $3,000 on the line, Roth slipped back to a 19th place outing in the 40-lapper while Joe posted 16th place spot.
