May 26, 2018 - Roth Motorsports Attends Show-Me 100 Weekend at Lucas Oil Speedway
Thursday night brought both Jeff Roth and Joe Godsey to Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri) kicking off the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series tripleheader. Drawing a stout field of 65 Super Late Models for the Cowboy Classic, both Godsey and Roth jumped up one spot in their heat race to place 9th. Slated to roll off 12th in his B-Main, Jeff was a scratch from his 12-lap consolation event. Joe passed five cars in his 15-lap B-Main to place 7th.

The following night for the Tribute to Don & Billie Gibson, Godsey passed five cars in his heat race reeling in a 5th place finish. Needing to place in the Top 2 to make the final $6,000-to-win preliminary feature, Joe slipped back to an 11th place outing. Wrapping up the Show-Me 100 weekend on Saturday, Roth was slated to roll off 15th in his B-Main while Godsey earned the 10th-starting position. Sending the Top 2 into the $30,000-to-win finale, Jeff improved eight positions in the 15-lap consolation event to place 7th. Joey gained two spots logging an 8th place outing. With both drivers earning a spot into the Midwest Sheet Metal Show-Me Challenge, Jeff Roth reeled in a 13th place finish while Joe Godsey landed a 15th place outing.

May 5, 2018 - Godsey Records Top 10 Finish in Land of Lincoln 40 at La Salle Speedway
After Mother Nature wiped out Thursday’s opener at Lee County Speedway (Donnellson, Iowa), the Roth Motorsports team headed to Davenport Raceway (Davenport, Iowa) on Friday following the Lucas Oil MLRA Series. With 28 Super Late Models registered in for action, Joe Godsey recorded a 4th place finish in his heat while Jeff Roth locked his spot into the show with a 6th place finish in his heat. Saturday night brought 24 MLRA competitors to La Salle Speedway (LaSalle, Illinois) for the Land of Lincoln 40. Coming in 5th and 6th in their heat, Roth and Godsey locked their spot into the $3,000-to-win main event. Breaking into the Top-10, Joe Godsey reeled in a 9th place finish. Jeff Roth came four spots shy of a Top-10 finish with a 14th place outing.
