Godsey notches fifth-place finish in Turkey Bowl at Springfield

On Saturday evening, Joe Godsey made the short trip to Springfield Raceway (Springfield, Mo.) to pilot the Roth Motorsports No. 14G Late Model for the annual Turkey Bowl. In a field of 36 cars, Godsey followed up an eighth-to-fifth run in his heat with a runner-up finish in his B-Main. Starting the $5,000-to-win A-Main in 16th, Joe advanced forward 11 spots in the 30-lapper to register a fifth-place finish.
